Q. When i want to submit a time i can't find the Toyota GT-1 in the car list. Do you forgot it ?
No we don't. Only the car available in the ingame Time Attack menu are allowed and as you can see the Toyota GT-1 is not included.

Q. I have already made some records by the past, but when i want to submit them a video field is still required. What should i do ?
Unfortunately video is required as lap time approbation. This prevent players to no submit times with the multiplayer catch-up system activated that give a major speed boost to the cars. So the video can show us that the lap time was made in 1 player mode and by this way we can keep a fair-play challenge

No, but you can if you want. The most important is to record the finish line. See an example in this video.
